Former Cronulla Sharks Premiership player, NSW Origin representative, Australian Test player, Triple M commentator, brilliant golfer and legend of a bloke; Wade Graham.

Wade is an NRL legend, and he takes us through his stellar Rugby League career including his early years at Penrith to being a key member of the 2016 Cronulla premiership side that won the clubs first ever comp.

We chat NSW Origin, World Cups and current day footy, as well as Wade's current role on Triple M & his work with the Sharks.

On top of all of this, Wade is a brilliant golfer and he takes us through his love of the game, golf trip stories and his experiences on The Watering Hole at LIV Adelaide this year.

This week we are joined on The Watering Hole by Clint Newton. Clint is a former NRL player with the Newcastle Knights, Melbourne Storm & Penrith Panthers as well as a stint in the UK with Super League outfit Hull KR. These days he is the current CEO of the Rugby League Players Association.

Clint is the son of legendary former pro golfer; Jack Newton and he takes us through growing up around golf and sporting legends as well as some amazing tales of resilience and determination following Jack's accident. Lessons that served Clint well in his career in the NRL.

There are some great stories from his days with the Knights and his baptism of fire as he navigated the players through Covid times.

Clint shares his views on the current state of World & Australian Golf and shares some old stories from his Dads times with Seve & Jack Nicklaus.

It's GT series race week and we were lucky enough to catch up with Triple 8 Driver; Declan Fraser.

Declan, currently behind the wheel of a Mercedes AMG, takes us through his life in Motorsport, his journey to Supercars and his hunger and drive to get back to the main game. Declan talks race week prep, fitness and the demands on being a successful race car driver. The work that gets put in not only on the track but off it, is incredible.

Declan started playing golf from a young age, and despite being completely contrasting sports, we chat about the parallels between Golf and Racing and how Declan uses skills on the track to help on the course and vice versa.

Plus we talk about what needs to happen to grow motorsport in Australia.

This was such a fun episode and a look into racing in Australia. We can't wait to have Declan on again and catch up around the Adelaide 500 for a round.

We chat all about Ben's career to date including winning the 2023 Hong Kong Open, holding off Cam Smith, playing the 2022 Open Championship at St Andrews and this year; where Ben became the "5th Ripper" filling in for Cam in Miami. We chat about LIV promotions and Ben's aim to play in the event again this year to earn a full time spot on the LIV roster.

We pick Ben's brain about LIV and what it's like being a reserve and the positive impact LIV Golf has had on the world of golf and growing the game.

Plus, we get the scoop, what Ben would pick for his Watering Hole song.

This week we had the absolute pleasure of chatting to legendary Golf Coach, Kevin Kirk. Kevin is the 2019 PGA Coach of the year and the current coach of Patrick Reed of LIV Golf’s 4Aces. Kevin has spent decades in pro golf and he has the stories to go along with it. He takes us through growing up, becoming a pro golfer and then transitioning into coaching. Kevin had us enthralled with stories from The Presidents Cup, The Olympics and his philosophy on golf and life as he explains the meaning of Kaizen and the pursuit of mastery.

We chat all things LIV Golf and Kevin shares a behind the scenes insight into the players, the teams and the overall LIV Golf experience. We get a glimpse into the prep and training of elite golfers and the mindset and life of high performance athletes. Kevin also shares his thoughts on the current mass of information on social media and some advice for us amateurs.

We were honestly blown away by Kevin and his stories. We can’t thank Kevin enough for being so generous with his time. We covered so much in this chat, but felt like we could’ve chatted to Kevin for hours. We will definitely have Kevin on the show again in the future.

Clint Steindl is not only the Captain of NBL team Tasmania JackJumpers, but he absolutely loves Golf. Clint was kind enough to spend his time chatting to the boys about all things Golf & Basketball; from his days at the AIS and his four years at St Marys College in the USA, to winning two NBL titles with the Perth Wildcats and now as the Captain of the Tasmania JackJumpers.

Clint is a passionate golfer and he takes us through his love of golf and his early days playing in Queensland. We spend some time talking through his experience at LIV Adelaide and share plenty of laughs and stories from the course. Wait for the comparison between shooting a free throw infront of a packed house and the first tee box in a local comp.

We had so much fun talking to Clint and its fair to say we are all aboard the JackJumpers in season 23/24. Thanks Clint, we cant wait to get you back on after the NBL season.

With the LIV Golf tour on a 5 week break between events, Chris, Steve and Whitey were lucky enough to spend some time chatting with Aussie caddy Mal Baker. Mal has been a pro caddy for over 20 years and is currently on the bag for 3 time LIV winner Talor Gooch of the RangeGoats GC.

Mal joins from his home in Dallas, Texas and chats all things Golf, life in and around the LIV Tour, his thoughts on the "merger", caddying, Dallas Cowboys and the real meaning behind the RangeGoats name.

We can't thank Mal enough for his time and great insight to life as a LIV caddy. Can't wait to catch up for a beer on the 12th!

Episode 11 - Luke Elvy

Luke Elvy is a name that is synonymous with golf fans not only in Australia, but all over the world. Luke has spent 30 years in sports media and has called some of the biggest moments in Golf history, recently, he along with Wade Ormsby hosted the Ripper GC feed at LIV Adelaide. A lot of you would also be very familiar with Luke’s voice as he calls your shots on the 2K Golf video game series.

Luke was kind enough to sit down with the boys literally after the last putt dropped in Greenbrier to chat everything from early days at Fox Sports (including a great story with Duncan Armstrong), emotional Masters moments and the changing face of golf worldwide.
