Not only does he send it at crazy speeds over some insane distances, but he also has a very inspiring story of overcoming a career ending spinal cord injury in 2019, and is no back to full health and back to his best as an athlete!

This chat felt like talking to a mate down at the pub, it was chill and flowy and I truly enjoyed every second if this chat with him! Brook is such a good human, and I always say the best athletes are even better humans, and Brook is a great example of this!

This chat with Ben was super insightful, hearing him talk about his upbringing, his time in med school, and then working two full time jobs as a doctor in training and then catching flights to referee games, just hearing him talk about his schedule at one point made me exhausted haha!
