Are you feeling lost and confused about your purpose in life? Having trouble figuring out what you really want? Digging on the idea of finding practices that will lead you to more peace and sanity, but a little weirded out by religion, generally?

True Self is a new podcast that uses the language of astrology to guide you through understanding who you really are, based on the ancient concept that "knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom." (-Aristotle). The goal: to heal disconnection in your life, learn to love yourself better, and find a deeper sense of purpose and meaning.

True Self is fun because it helps you learn more about yourself, and it's nourishing because it soothes your existential angst. It's like a buzzfeed quiz and a guided meditation had a baby.
