Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night, unable to move, with the unmistakable feeling that something is watching you?

Welcome to the first episode of Truly Frightening! Alex and Michael kick things off with one of the most unsettling mysteries out there: sleep paralysis.

From a shadow figure lurking in bedroom corners to an old woman who sits on your chest, we explore the strange phenomenon of people across the world reporting eerily similar experiences. Is it simply the brain playing tricks on us, or could something else be lurking just beyond our perception?

Along the way, we dive into theories involving ghosts, demons, interdimensional watchers, and even aliens. Then things get a little darker as we explore the folklore of the Night Hag and ask the question: Are we all experiencing the same nightmares, or is there something genuinely strange happening?

Grab a drink, turn down the lights, and maybe don't sleep on your back tonight.

The stories are spooky, the takes are questionable, and the vibes are cursed.

Welcome to Truly Frightening.
