For her 1st episode, Carlotta will talk about the different methods of contraception. Are they all efficient? How do they work? How can you have access to them in France? Everything you need to know about contraceptives is in this episode! So if you feel a bit lost or want to know more about the different options before choosing one, this episode is made for you!

Disclaimer: Carlotta is not a doctor so if you need more info or advices, don't hesitate to contact a nurse, a doctor or a midwife. French associations, such as the "Planning Familial", can also provide useful info and help you find the right contraceptive for you and your situation.

Also, Carlotta said several times "majors" to talk about adults, people that are over 18 years old, in the episode, this is a mistake :)
