Ep. 83. In this rather emotional episode, Niamh and Kevin have some news to share...Welcome To The Chaos is coming to an end for now. With Niamh making another big move soon, she needs to take a step back from the podcast for a little while, and she'd like to apologise for the amount of sniffles in this episode. Her and Kevin talk all about this next chapter, look back on starting the podcast and Kevin tries his best to console Niamh.

She is doing a 30 day challenge this month to try to feel better and get more active as she hasn't been feeling confident in her body at all these past few months. Niamh has made the decision to begin Mindset Coaching. This is her third form of "therapy" and she talks about how it feels to need external help when it comes to your mental health. Her and Kevin discuss how it's okay to ask for help and that needing external help doesn't mean that you are failing - it just means to can't do it all on your own. This is your sign that it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to need someone else to help you get through the tough times. You are not broken.

Kevin had quite the chaotic start to the year however, it hasn't continued that way. He is loving life and enjoying himself at every moment he can. Niamh has been struggling a slight bit. New beginnings have not been everything she hoped, but she's trucking along for the moment. This year, the two want to focus on how relatable life can be for all of us and remind you that you are not always alone, no matter how lonely and hard life can be sometimes. Ep. 60. Kevin shares his chaos and it was witnessed by a stranger, don't you love when that happens? Niamh on the other hand had about 3 weeks of chaos in 3 days, we wouldn't expect anything less really. Then, it's time for the most anticipated day of the year (for the siblings anyway), Spotify Wrapped. Niamh and Kevin have two completely different styles when it comes to how they listen to music. Kevin is a lot more consistent with his listening and Niamh is just, well...hilarious. Hopefully you enjoy giggling along with them throughout the episode.

Another Week, Another Birthday: Niamh Turns 26!!!

Ep. 34. Kevin’s been living his life to the fullest lately, he’s had so much going on and thankfully he’s had no chaos - just a whole lotta fun! He’s also been so confident and has been doing a lot of things on his own. Niamh of course had some chaos this week which involved cutting her head.

This week Niamh turned 26 and she’s actually feeling pretty good about it, especially since she’s had the best time celebrating her birthday for the first time in years! Niamh looks back on her birthday last year, where she was in one of the worst head spaces. She reflects on how she felt last year and how she’s a completely different person this year because of all the work she put into herself. So this is your reminder to stick with yourself, and stick around, because you never know what’s coming around the corner for you.
