Laura describes the mortgage process answering some frequently asked questions along the way and also giving her advice on how to get a mortgage. Lisa and Laura then move onto the process of switching mortgages and what are the positives and negatives of switching your mortgage.

The podcast concludes with some juicy mortgage disaster stories and Laura gives her opinion on them.

Hey everyone, in the ninth episode of the "Without Prejudice" to everything podcast,

We welcomed Alexandra Ryan to the podcast. Alexandra Ryan is best known for being the founder of Goss.ie. She recently started here at Mckenna and Co. and we had to have her on to talk all about her story and how she made her dream of owning her own business a reality.

She has achieved so much at such a young age and is an ambassador for young people who have a dream to star their own business. In the Podcast Lisa asks her questions like how and why she started her own business?, what does she know now that she wish she knew when she first started?, what is the best advice she has ever received? and she is also asked about when studied law and why she decided she go back into being a lawyer? Etc......

She has an empowering story definitely one to listen to.

Lisa interviews Niall all about Focus Ireland as he talks tips and how anyone and everyone can get involved in the Shine a Light Night on the 13th of October and in the charity to help reduce homelessness for men, women and most importantly children in Ireland.

The reality of moving out of home

Hey everyone, in episode 7 we move back to property law with Bethany Youngson joining Lisa as the co-host this week. Bethany talks about her own struggles with moving out of home and how financially impossible the process is for young people in Ireland to move our of their family homes. They then move onto why so many young Irish people are moving abroad to places like Australia, Canada and America because of the struggles they have had trying to move out and for an easier way of living. Bethany gives us some insights into how some of her friends are finding life moved abroad and how they compare it to Ireland.

For episode 6, we switched it up this week when we welcomed back Rachael McCormack as she took over the hosting this week with Lisa as her co-host. Rachael interviews the probate expert Lisa and asks her need to know questions on all things probate.
