Ashely's sister Bree had found a note in which Ashley confesses to the killings of her father and stepfather, the problem is... Ashley did not write this letter.

Day 21 - Ed Ray

School bus driver Ed Ray was taking 26 students home from a summer class trip to the Chowchilla Fairgrounds swimming pool when a van blocked the road ahead of them. Ed stopped the bus and was then confronted by three armed men with nylon stockings covering their faces.

Julia tells Abi all about what these who these men were, what they wanted and what they put Ed and the 26 students through in this episode of Worst Case Scenario.

Day 20 - Rodney Fox

It has finally happened, on this episode Abi is telling Julia and you all about surviving... a shark attack!

Rodney Fox survived an attack by a great white in 1963 which to this day is still regarded as one of the worst attacks ever from which someone has lived to tell their story. The attack though didn't make Rodney afraid to go back into the water, it only encouraged him to learn more about the species and pioneer a way that thousands of people all around the world can find themselves safely in the shark's own habitat.

Day 19 - Andy Warhol

The leading light in the pop art movement, Andy Warhol was a true icon of the 20th century. On June 3rd 1968, writer Valerie Solanas shot Warhol at The Factory, his central studio. Valerie authored the s.c.u.m. manifesto and many plays as well which was seemingly the fuse for the assassination attempt.

From Warhol's early life, reshaping of the art world, to the impact of the attempt of his life, Julia takes Abi through it all.

Day 18 - Kevin Hines

Kevin Hines jumped from the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco in an attempt to end his life. The moment he decided to do it though, he instantly knew he had made the wrong decision. Kevin now belongs to a very exclusive club of those who have survived jumping from the bridge, and in this episode Abi tells Julia about Kevin's early life, the day of his jump, and how he how uses his experiences for good.

Day 11 - Michelle Renee

Michelle Renee and daughter Breea aged 7, had dynamite tapped to their bodies and were held hostage after masked gunmen burst into their San Diego County home in November 2000. The men told Michelle they had been staking out a bank that she managed, warning her they would detonate the explosives if she refused to take hundreds of thousands of dollars from the bank’s vault.

Day 10 - Apollo 13

On April 11th 1970, astronauts Jim Lovell, Fred Haise and Jack Swigert took off from Kennedy Space Centre in Florida headed for space... it was intended to be the third Apollo mission to land on the moon...until an explosion caused oxygen levels in part of the spacecraft to plummet to zero. They were over 200,000 miles from earth.

Moved into a part of the rocket that would serve as their 'life boat' they shared oxygen and space meant for two people between three, and the whole world held it's breath as they began their mission around the moon and attempted to get back to earth safely. This episode of Worst Case Scenario is their story.

Day 9 - Colin Dowler

Hiking alone, Colin Dowler reachers the target of his route and overall it's a successful day out... until he gets back to his bike to ride home, to find in his path a huge Grizzly bear.

The Grizzly attacks, almost causing Colin to bleed out, suffer permanent nerve damage, and leaves psychological scars. The ordeal is enough to make most of us stay inside and avoid the outdoors ever again but Colin isn't like most of us, and this episode of Worst Case Scenario is his story.

A touch of glamour on this episode of Worst Case Scenario as Julia tells the tale of Hollywood cameraman Chris Duddy, who survived a helicopter crash into a live volcano whilst shooting the 1993 erotic thriller Sliver, starring Sharon Stone and Billy Baldwin.

Toxic fumes, climbing volcanic walls, a second helicopter... Chris' story is arguably better than that of the film he was shooting!
